Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear my clogs to work?
Our clogs are very professional looking and provide
comfort and support during long shifts. All of our clogs
with backs meet all WCB (and MOL in Ontario) requirements.

Why should I buy clogs when I like the runners I have?
A clog will provide you with better support than
athletic footwear. Our clogs are designed for
individuals who are standing and/or walking during
long shifts. A runner is designed for athletic functions.

Will a clog cure the lower back pain I get while working?
No, nothing you wear on your feet will cure your
problem. However a clog, with it's built in support,
will help your back. Since wearing our clogs, many
customers have found relief from back pain, even
on twelve hour shifts.

Why does the heel slip and look like the clog is too big for me?
The back of the clog has no fitting qualities. It is put
on the outside of the clog so you will not slip out while
walking backwards. This is one reason it meets WCB
requirements.

How long should a clog last?
No one can tell you how long it should last. It depends,
mainly, on the wearer. Under normal conditions a clog
should last a long time. We have customers whose clogs
are still in good shape after three years.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return
your clogs (In new condition) for an exchange or refund.
